Nuqta Creative House ("Nuqta," "we," "our," or "us") is a branding and creative design studio based in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website (nuqta.cc) or engage our services.
1. Information We Collect

- Contact details you provide through our contact form, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the project type you select.
- Project-related information you share during consultations, creative briefs, or appointments.
- Application details you submit through our careers form, including the role you apply for, your CV, and an optional short intro video. These reach us as email attachments and are not published or stored in a public database on this website.
- Usage data collected through Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics, only if you choose Accept in our cookie notice (see Section 5). This may include browser type, device information, pages visited, visit duration, referring URLs, and general geographic location derived from your IP address; Google Analytics does not store IP addresses.
- Cookies and similar technologies: essential ones our website needs to work, and analytics cookies set by Google Analytics only with your consent, as described in Section 5.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and schedule appointments.
- Prepare quotations and creative briefs for your projects.
- Deliver branding, design, and creative services you have requested.
- Review applications submitted through our careers form.
- Keep a record of your inquiry in our email service so we can follow it up.

3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted third parties only when necessary to deliver our services (for example, printing partners, sign makers, or interior design teams involved in your project). These parties are required to handle your data responsibly and solely for the purpose of fulfilling project deliverables. Additionally, if you accept analytics, usage data is processed by our analytics providers (Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics) as described in Section 5.
We also rely on service providers to run this website and our communications: Vercel Inc. hosts nuqta.cc, delivers its pages, and provides Vercel Analytics; Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics, with Google LLC as its processor; Resend delivers the inquiry and application emails our forms generate and stores a contact record for each inquiry so we can follow it up; and our content management system stores the text and images we publish on the site. Each of them acts on our instructions and is not permitted to use what it sees for its own purposes.
These providers operate servers outside Oman, mainly in the European Union and the United States, so information collected through this website is processed abroad under their published data protection terms.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Cookies & Analytics
Nothing on this website measures your visit until you choose Accept in our cookie notice. If you choose Reject, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, neither Google Analytics nor Vercel Analytics runs, and the website works exactly the same. Once you accept, we use the following services:
- Google Analytics 4 - a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, with Google LLC as its processor. Once you accept, it sets two cookies on nuqta.cc: _ga, which tells one browser's visits apart, and _ga_<ID>, which keeps the current session. Both expire after 13 months. It records pages visited, session duration, and general geographic location. Google Signals and every advertising feature are switched off, so the data is not used for advertising or linked to a Google account, and Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. Google processes this data in accordance with its Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
- Vercel Analytics - a privacy-friendly analytics service provided by Vercel Inc. Once you accept, it counts page views, referring pages, and visitors. It does not use cookies and stores nothing on your device: it counts visitors using a hash of the request that is discarded within 24 hours, so it cannot recognize you on a later day.
- Essential cookies set by nuqta.cc itself. When you submit the contact or careers form we set a short-lived, server-only cookie (nuqta-contact-form-cooldown or nuqta-careers-apply-form-cooldown) that expires after one minute. It exists only to prevent repeated or automated submissions, contains no personal data, and is not used to track you. Our content management system sets its own sign-in and preview cookies only for members of our team who sign in to it, never for visitors.
Both analytics services may process this data in the United States. Google LLC and Vercel Inc. are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and both use standard contractual clauses where that framework does not apply.
We measure visits only on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by choosing Cookie Settings at the foot of any page. Google Analytics stops at once and its cookies are deleted; withdrawing does not affect measurement that took place before.
Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage (analytics-consent) for 12 months, after which we ask again. It is not a cookie and is never sent to us.
The accessibility preferences you choose on our Settings page - motion, smooth scrolling, cursor, and text scale - are stored locally in your own browser in the same way. They remain on your device, are never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes them.
We do not run advertising on this website, and we use no advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking. No advertising or ad-personalization feature of Google Analytics is enabled.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, browse in private mode, or use a tracking blocker; the website remains usable, although some features may be affected. For more information on how cookies work, visit allaboutcookies.org.
6. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Behance, WhatsApp, and our sister brand HAMA. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.

- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your personal data, including the contact record kept for your inquiry.
- Withdraw consent to receiving communications at any time.
- Withdraw your consent to analytics at any time under Cookie Settings at the foot of any page, as described in Section 5.
- Contact us with any questions or concerns regarding your data.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable law. Project files and deliverables are retained for a reasonable period to support any follow-up work or revisions.
Inquiry and application emails stay in our mailbox for as long as we may need them to reply and to keep a record of the work discussed. Analytics records are kept for a limited period: Google Analytics is configured to discard visit-level data after 14 months, leaving aggregated totals only, and Vercel Analytics stores aggregated counts rather than individual visits.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
